A FEW THINGS ABOUT THE ARTIST

1. What do you do when you’re not making art? (Day job etc...).

I spend time with my 18 month old daughter, taking walks, going to the beach, and picking flowers. At night I drink wine and watch stand-up comedy.

2. Why do you make art?

It's just what i've always done.

3. What inspires you?

Nature, memories, colours, my Husband, my Daughter.

4. What/who are your influences?

Agnes Martin, Hilma Af Klint, Bill Traylor, J.M.W. Turner, Matisse.

5. If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be?

Agnes Martin and/or Ricky Gervais.
